We were also delighted to find that the hotel was located in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions and activities Punta Arenas had to offer. Moreover, the friendly staff member who checked us in early was a real gem, ensuring that we had a warm welcome and a smooth start to our stay.

Being located next to the lobby with a window opening onto it meant that we could hear all the noise from people checking in and out, as well as the sound of the TV. The creaky floors and the constant rattling of the door from people walking to the cafe also contributed to the lack of tranquility.
